The Returning is a 3-month, 1:1 coaching experience rooted in nervous system support, emotional awareness, and practical structure — so you can live from your own clarity rather than constant reactivity.
This is about learning to recognise and honour your needs, rewrite old stories, and live in a way that feels genuinely aligned with you.
Over the course of 3 months, we’ll walk through:
Phase 1. Regulate
Nervous System Awareness & Safety
We start with your body. You’ll learn how your nervous system has been running the show — keeping you in overthinking, overdoing, or shutting down when you try to change.
Before you can choose new ways of living, your system needs to know it’s safe to do so
In this phase, you’ll:
Map your stress responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn)
Notice daily patterns that keep you stuck or disconnected
Learn tools to calm and reset your system in real time
Build capacity to move through life with more clarity and choice
This phase isn’t about forcing yourself to “calm down.” It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to show up differently.
Phase 2. Reconnect
Boundaries, Beliefs & Self-Permission
With more internal safety, we begin exploring the deeper stories and patterns shaping your choices — like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and chronic self-doubt. These patterns once protected you, but they no longer serve who you want to be.
In this phase, you’ll:
Identify and clear the stories that keep you small or overextended
Move from self-abandonment to self-trust
Set and hold boundaries that support your clarity and wellbeing
Practice giving yourself permission to rest, say no, and choose what’s true for you
This is where you stop waiting for life to shift and begin choosing yourself.
Phase 3. Redefine:
Identity, Rhythm & Integration
In this phase, you begin shaping a life that reflects your own clarity and truth — not old expectations or external pressure.
You’ll design supportive rhythms and practices that honour your real energy and needs
In this phase, you’ll:
Clarify what actually matters to you and why
Understand what you need to feel clear, resourced, and well
Create daily and weekly rhythms that support your nervous system and true priorities
Redefine success on your own terms
Build ways of living that feel authentic, sustainable, and deeply yours
Because The Returning isn’t just about stepping away from old patterns — it’s about finally living from who you really are, day by day.

Six 1:1 sessions (bi-weekly over 3 months, 60 mins each)
