Hi, I’m Casey,

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the one people turn to when things feel messy.

Organising, planning, problem-solving—it always came naturally to me. But what I didn’t realise for a long time was that behind the calm and capable exterior, I was running on empty.

As a mum of three boys, I know what it’s like to constantly chase balance and never quite find it.

In the thick of work, motherhood, and trying to hold it all together, I started to lose touch with myself. I was always doing, always giving, always anticipating everyone else’s needs—but mine? I didn’t even know what they were.

It looked like I had it all under control.

Inside, I was overwhelmed, reactive, and quietly burning out.

That’s what led me to the deeper work.

I began to explore the patterns that were keeping me stuck—perfectionism, emotional over-functioning, living in survival mode—and how to gently unwind them. I learned how to regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my values, and rebuild a relationship with myself that felt steady and real.

And I knew I had to share this with others.

Today, I’m a certified holistic life coach and mind-body practitioner, focusing on Emotional Wellbeing Coaching.

I support women who feel stretched thin, emotionally drained, and disconnected from themselves to step out of survival mode and into calm, clarity, and confidence.

In our sessions, we go beyond mindset. We work with the body, the nervous system, and the subconscious patterns that shape how you move through life. You’ll learn tools to regulate your emotions, shift unhelpful beliefs, and create space for your own needs—without guilt.
