1. Regulate: Nervous System Awareness & Safety
Feel safe to slow down
We begin by understanding how your nervous system is wired—and why it keeps you in cycles of overthinking, overdoing, and burnout. When your body is in a constant state of survival, no amount of mindset work or willpower will create lasting change. First, we regulate.
In this phase, you’ll:
Learn how your nervous system responds to stress (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn)
Identify daily patterns that are keeping you stuck in autopilot
Discover your personal signs of dysregulation (they’re not always what you think)
Practice simple tools to bring your body back to a place of calm and steadiness
Build emotional awareness and capacity—so you can respond instead of react
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to shift.
The Pause is a 1:1, personalised coaching experience rooted in emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and the slow, steady rebuilding of self-trust.
Over the course of 3 months, we’ll walk through:
2. Rewire: Boundaries, Beliefs & Self-Permission
Unlearn the pressure. Choose differently.
Once your system begins to regulate, we can explore the deeper patterns that keep you stuck—like perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic overgiving. These are not personality traits. They are survival responses linked to old conditioning and unconscious beliefs.
In this phase, you’ll:
Uncover the core beliefs driving your burnout (like “I’m not doing enough”)
Reframe the stories that keep you saying yes when you mean no
Learn nervous-system-safe ways to set boundaries without guilt
Practice giving yourself permission to rest, take up space, and disappoint people (yep, really)
Replace “what will they think?” with “what do I need?”
This is where you stop reacting from old programming—and start responding with intention.
3. Reset: Identity, Rhythm & Integration
Create a life that supports you back
With your body feeling safer and your boundaries in place, it’s time to reconnect with who you are—beyond the roles you play for others. We’ll gently reset the way you move through your day so it aligns with your values, energy, and what actually feels good to you.
In this phase, you’ll:
Rebuild a relationship with yourself—outside of productivity and performance
Explore what truly nourishes you (not what you’ve been told should)
Create grounding rituals and rhythms that work in your real, messy life
Redefine success and “enoughness” on your own terms
Integrate everything you’ve learned so the calm you’ve created actually lasts
This is where healing becomes your new normal—not a temporary pause.
This isn’t a cookie-cutter routine or productivity hack.
It’s a nervous system-first approach to reclaiming your life
